Guide on how to easily catch Seviper in a Zangoose horde. In Pokémon X, wild Seviper can only be found in hordes of Zangoose on Route 8. Because they’re mortal enemies, Zangoose and Seviper will ignore your Pokémon and focus on attacking each other.

What happens in horde of Seviper Alpha Sapphire?

For example, in hordes of Seviper/Zangoose and Heatmor/Durant, the species that are the more plentiful will attack the one Pokémon. In others, the Pokémon will help boost eachother.

In Pokémon X, wild Seviper can only be found in hordes of Zangoose on Route 8. Because they’re mortal enemies, Zangoose and Seviper will ignore your Pokémon and focus on attacking each other. This makes catching Seviper extremely hard because the Zangoose always knock it out within two turns.

What kind of Pokemon are in a Trevenant Horde?

A Trevenant horde on Route 20 may include one Sudowoodo. A Makuhita horde in Granite Cave may include one Geodude. A Minun horde on Route 110 may include one Plusle in Pokémon Omega Ruby, and vice versa in Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. An Oddish horde on Route 117 will always include one Zigzagoon.

Can you catch more than one Seviper in Horde battle?

Only one Pokémon can be captured in a horde battle. Killing the Seviper seems easy enough, but that will also prove to be false. Picking the Seviper off one at a time will not work because after your Pokémon attacks once, the enemy Pokémon all get to attack.

Where do you find Zangoose in Pokemon Emerald?

Go to Route 8. Go to one of the patches of grass near Connecting Cave (This is where I found the most Seviper and Zangoose Hordes, but anywhere on the route should work). Use Sweet Scent as long as it is not currently raining on the route.
