Is the airline Aurigny still operating as usual?
Aurigny confirm that we are operating as usual and have not been instructed/advised to stop operations to any of our destinations. As such normal terms and conditions continue to apply on all tickets, irrespective of the reason for cancellation or change.
Do you need a travel tracker for Aurigny?
All passengers are required to create an online Travel Tracker account and complete their trip details within 48 hours of travel. From the 14th May, a £25 charge will be applied for tests required as part of your arrival in the Bailiwick.
Can a 14 year old use a car seat on Aurigny?
Aurigny does not allow passengers travelling with infants to use their own car type seats on board the aircraft. Youths under 14 are not allowed to travel on their own and if booked will be refused travel at the Airport and no refunds will be issued.
Is there a Santa flight from Aurigny to Guernsey?
Sorry, we are currently only offering connecting flights on your selected route after Winter 2021. The Santa Flights are only available on the 19th December. Santa flights are available as one-way flights.
Which is the largest aircraft in Aurigny’s fleet?
The twinjet aircraft is the largest aircraft in the fleet, with a capacity of 122 passengers. We also operate four ATRs to help serve our UK and European destinations. The newest addition are three ATR 72-600, delivered towards the end of 2019 and early 2020, and fitted with 72 new, all forward-facing seats, that give additional legroom.
Can a baby sit in a car seat on Aurigny?
Infants are not allocated a seat, the infant must travel on an adult passenger’s lap and an infant seatbelt will be provided. Aurigny does not allow passengers travelling with infants to use their own car type seats on board the aircraft.
Do you have to wear a face mask on Aurigny?
You must complete the States of Guernsey Travel Tracker. All Passengers (aged 11 years and over) are required to wear a medical grade face mask through out their journey. I have read and understood the States’ guidance. Please note that Aurigny are now operating out of the North Terminal.
