Can you co witness with an EOTECH?
All EOTECH sights are designed to co-Witness with iron sights on the standard AR15 platform. Sights with side buttons and/or factory equipped quick detach levers will co-witness in the lower 1/3 of the window. All other models will co-witness in the center of the window.
Is EOTECH an absolute co witness?

What’s better absolute co witness or 1 3?
If you have flip-up iron sights – go with absolute cowitness. If you have fixed iron sights – we recommend lower 1/3 cowitness. This will give you an uncluttered view of the red dot, but you can still drop your line of sight to use the iron sights if needed.

You need a bit more than a 1/4″ riser if you want 1/3 co-witness on the EOTech. I have an XPS 2-0 on my m&p 15x but I have an iron front post so it’s much more neccassary to get the front sight out of my sight picture. Since they are flip up sights you do not a riser but to co witness you will.
How are red dots parallax free?
