How do I get a new Breeze Card?
Silver Breeze Cards are also available online at breezecard.com. Once you register and sign into your account, follow the prompts to purchase a new card. You’ll have all the same options as far as balance and fare management as you would if you purchased a card in person.
Can I use an expired Breeze Card?
The Breeze Card will no longer be accepted at MARTA fare readers. Yes, remaining value can be transferred to the new Breeze Card by calling MARTA Customer Service at 404-848-5000 within 30 days of the expiration date. A replacement Breeze Card must be provided at the time of the call.

How does the breeze card work?
When you get on a bus or enter a train station, you will tap your card onto a blue, circular Breeze “target.” The Breeze system will verify that your pass is valid, or deduct the fare from the balance on your card. Breeze will then open the gates or signal to the bus driver that you have paid.
